Episode Summary: Road Rumblers
Lightning McQueen and Mater argue after getting lost in the middle of nowhere. They spot what looks like a party but are captured by road warriors — old cars transformed into post-apocalyptic vehicles.
The Chieftess forces them to participate in the Thundercone, a giant cone filled with traps where they must fight. As they try to survive, everyone is suddenly caught up in a war against another clan, equipped with solar panels and electricity.
Forced to take part in the conflict, Lightning and Mater learn from a vehicle named Jeremy that the two clans had come to the desert simply to have a good time, before a disagreement divided them.
Lightning delivers a passionate speech to the two warring clans, urging them not to let their differences divide them. They seem ready to listen… until one member accidentally shoots the other side, restarting the fight.
