In the ring, the duel is short-lived: Mater sends Dr. Feel Bad flying with such a powerful blow that the ambulance ends up in the Emergency Room of the nearby hospital. The referee Pitty has to go there to declare Mater the winner — a gag perfectly in line with the character's "medical" nature.
